Insurance Refund

I cancelled my existing insurance policy last month and put my wifes car on the policy because the car on the policy now is a new car my premium went down. The insurance premium for November had already been deducted when i cancelled the existing policy and i was to get a refund, this was on the 26th of October. Its now 3 weeks after the cancellation and iam still waiting for my refund. Iam not pleased at all by the level of inefficiency shown by this company.
