On the 1st of Aug 2011 I took out a loan from SBSA for the amount of R 3000. On the 7th of March 2012 I went to SBSA branch in Rodepoort and was told that my settlement amount is R 3 805.29 which I settled immediately through a transfer from my cheque account. This transaction was performed in the SBSA branch with the help of a SBSA consultant.

To my surprise I get a debit order for the amount of R 178.00 on the 26th October 2013. When i enquire, I am told that the loan was never settled and i am in areas for the amount of R 2 529.00.

i was never informed of anything outstanding since the incenption of the loan and nothing at all was ever communicated.

I would appreciate it if all the accumulated interest fees would be reversed.
