ABSA is surely not adhering to decent % interest m

I am a Customer of Absa Gezina since 1970.
I paid my house in 1994, bought it in 1990, my loan was with Iscor,
In 1999 I took out a Flexi Plan of R50.000 to fix my home, I was working over sea for 20 years, and salary came
to ABSA monthly. On 18/2/2011 I return home and left my pension in UAE, because the flight was the next day
to RSA, and Hospital would pay it in my HSBC account, which they did. Up to now I am waiting for this money from London HQ, I informed ABSA about the delay. Problem the instalments was done on the loan,
and now the Interest is so high I owe them R100.000, with an order of possess my home.
Account No 1002480901. Besides all the other money they took from me because of their miss management
while I am not in the country, Absa needs to upgrade their service
