Is FNB's Deceased Estates Department DECEASED??

It is with regret that I take this route and also out of pure frustration. I have for months now been trying to get bank statements from FNB deceased estates. The contact person there is supposed to be Oliver Mazibuko. He is either not at his desk or his computer and phone are out of order. Not even a visit to FNB's local branch improved matters. There is just NO RESPONSE from anybody. So please, people, change your bank before you die and leave your executor with loads of probs tlike this!
