I received a Gold Status loan application from Clientele Loans in the mail. I called this morning to have my details removed from the mailings and was told I need to confirm this with my ID number. I was taken by surprise as how would a company I have not done any business with have my ID number. I asked the question and was told I must have taken a product through them. No I have not!! When I asked for a manager I was told convieniently that the Team Leader was not available... I left my details requesting a call back... I am waiting patiently to see if this happens.
I am taken by surprise that a company would have my personal details, when I clearly have not purchased a product from them in the past, really, does this not open the door for, should these mailings somehow go astray in the post???
I wonder!!! TAKE ME OFF YOUR MAILINGS, I DON"T LIVE THERE ANY MORE AND DON'T WANT TO RECEIVE YOUR WASTED PAPER AND TREES!!!
