There was some on my debit card on the 6 October 2013. I locked the and received a case no and also they stated that my case will be handled within 10 working days. Nothing happened during the 10 days. I phoned to find out how far is this case to be resolved and every time the operator is telling me that they access the case - what ever that means - and there is where it stop. Veronica - the supervisor - promise me twice now that she will phone me back at a certain time, but this is never happening. I'm so angry and annoyed by this behaviour on their side and nobody can tel me the outcome of this case! Can you perhaps help me in this?
