On the 31st October i phoned the call center to find out why my loan was taken off twice and to request a refund, the polite lady assisted well and assured me it would be refunded in 48 hrs, i thanked her and hung up.
on the 4th i checked my online banking, sadly no refund, so i phoned through again, and the reply i received was its been processed and should show no later than 8th November... Now i am fuming it is the 11th November and still no refund, how is it that its takes you less than a second to deduct the money, but its taking you 8 days to refund it???
i have been with nedbank for 8 years now.
come on guys this is poor service
