On the 21 of June 2013 I phoned Wesbank on 0861288272 and requested a settlement amount on my motorcycle. The person informed me that the account has been sent to there legal department.
I was then transferred to there legal department which assisted me in getting a settlement amount on my account. On 24 June The full amount I was given was paid (R3820.60) to Wesbank.
Today I did a ITC check on my name and found a Default against my name for R3702.00 from Wesbank with this account number. I then phoned Mr Makhubela at there legal department, he informed me that there is a amount of R 1387.00 outstanding on my account this is the reason why there is a default against me.
After trying to resolve this matter I then phoned again and try to explain to another lady (cant remember her name). She then informed me that Wesbank has never given this amount (R3820.60) to me. So I tried to explain to he to go and look at the pattern of all 45 Plus payments I have made in the past 4 years.
It will either be a round figure (R1500 or so) or a instalment amount.
And the last payment maid was a odd amount of R3820.60. surely this must be an amount given to me by Wesbank?? Its unusual.
