3rd Aug my car was hit by a drunken driver in Smrstrand, PE. A case was opened with Humewood police and I was advised to pursue a civil case for damages to my car. Went to law firm and they assured me they can assist but the service I am getting or rather lack of assistance from them is appalling. Beg Sept I was told summons were issued after there was no response for LOD. I waited till end Oct to contact them to no avail. The PA, Colleen is so rude on the phone, she has no phone etiquette or people skills. I was told she can't give me any info as her boss would have to pull my file (something she cant do) when I call the cell phone i was given, it's never answered or avail. My mother tried calling to & she was told by Colleen she better stop calling or they will start charging us for the calls we are making, (huh)? When i called last week Ms Scheffer was off sick for the pas 2 days, and today when I tried to complain to this Colleen she dropped the line on me. LIke really what kind of a law firm does this to its clients? If I thought I didn't need help I wouldn't have gone to them, but clearly it seems like they can't handle the clientele efficiently. so disappointed & annoyed
