DELAYED CASE

On the 15th September 2013 I received a sms from Std Bank division to urgently contact them. I then contacted them and gave the reference as advised :6289778. The lady who assisted me escalated the case and froze my existing card.
After a week or two I called Std bank division and was given an affidavit form to complete and send back. I completed the form and sent it back on the 20th September 2013.
Today the 11 November 2013 I called the division and was referred to another department (011 2274905). I then spoke to a gentleman who advised me that 1/3 of the amount was paid back into my account on the 22 September 2013 and by the sound of it he is not sure of what happened to the rest of the claim. What is shocking is the fact that the amount does not reflect on my banking statement and he also admitted that sometimes from their system an amount can reflect as paid however on the workflow the amount is not paid so I must wait for the 72hrs responds. From the 15/09 to date I have been waiting and I am tired of waiting.
