I had a motor vehicle accident on the of 11TH of October. On the day of the accident I called outsurance to let them know of my claim. The lady in the call centre that assisted me told me that the tow truck driver would take me home (as I had just been in an accident and had no vehicle). The tow truck driver left me in the street and I had to make other arrangements. I also had to NAG Outsurance to get my rental car and I used all my airtime up to phone THEM back. I eventually got my rental car and It has to go back now, but I am having problems getting the car back to AVIS and between them and OUTsurance no one is willing to help.
I now believe that OUTSURANCE HAS FALSE ADVERTISING- "WE BEND OVER BACKWARDS FOR OUR CLIENTS" is actually the other way arround because since I've had my accident I HAVE BEEN BENDING OVER BACKWARDS FOR OUTSURANCE! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, and I would really like to get some DECENT service now, or need to speak to a manager who could actually ASSIST!!!
