ONCE AGAIN - NO FEEDBACK AND NO CONTACT!!!

I am using my fiances hello peter account, as I cannot write another report within 7days.

No contact once again empty promises. I am disgusted with the service we receive!!!

I write this report below with FNBS errors, and still nothing! I want someone to contact me urgently and to fix this mess TODAY!!! Ref: 369805

I require urgent assistance asap. Last month FNB had a server / system error which caused all FNB loans to bounce and charge the client a fee and show a nasty 'unpaid' comment on the statement history of the revolving loan which was not in actual fact the case - this is still sitting on my account as that and it has also caused for me not to get my rebate back from FNB as it caused an error on my cheque account side of things reflecting that my account was overdrawn which was not the case.
I would like this corrected and fix urgently as this was not my fault at all as the client, but an FNB error that was promised to be fixed but i still sit with the negative wording of "unpaid" on my account. I dont see why this has now become my issue and this is a very big incovenience for me.

As a result this caused me to get no rebate! - Not my problem!
