Wrongly handed over account

In 2009 I was under the Nedgroup Medical scheme, Guardmed ambulance rendered their service to me. in 2010 I was called by the guardmed to inform me of the invoice's status as it was unpaid. I then made contact with my then medical aid Nedgroup and was informed that the invoice had been received but late according to theur SLA time. I went back to inform the ambulance service, was advised it will be sorted out. In October 2013 I was contacted by Creditworx Kagiso Mafa and I had advised him of the afore mentioned situation he also promised to go back to his client, Guardmed and come back to me with a solution. To date he has not contacted me re feedback. I want credit worx to make this information known to its client, as I am now liable for an amount that my medical aid did not dispute but rather not pay due to guardmeds incompetence on collecting. Credit worx has sent me threatening sms's claiming to take legal action and I want this to not take affect as I am not in the wrong. I also want credit worx to contact me and advise what actions have been taken to resolve this issue.
