I had a breakdown on a road and I had to call Dial Direct for the road assistance. It was quite slow in the beginning, I was waiting for the phone call with details of towing truck and etc. First consultant organised a truck but forgot to tell me about this (maybe her working day was finished). So I left my car. I closed it and when towing truck arrived I couldn't open it, central lock didn't work.. Disaster...
In this moment Carl took my case in his hands. Organised a locksmith and another truck. He phoned me many times with every update - how far is locksmith, estimated arrival time, truck and etc. He phoned me to confirm that people arrived and I received help.
He left me only when my car was on the truck and we were going home.
