Cannot get new pin to withdraw

On thursday i was sent money via e-wallet as i was going on team building... could not withdraw then as we left early in the morning... now the pin has expired and i want to withdraw the money and it keeps telling me to reset pin... after several attempts i am proud to say its good im not your customer... your service is appaulling but your adverts say how can you help... for one you can help by letting me withdraw my money and improve your lousy service... customers deserve more than sms line that does not work. UP YOUR GAME OR YOU WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS
