Claim numbers 103323819 and 103701045 refers. It took 11 working days to get a straight forward claim of less than R 20, 000.00 approved. My story. Vehicle was damaged on 2013-10-24. I phoned Outsurance and was reffered to PG Glass Secunda. The vehicle was inspected on 2013-10-28. They cannot proceed as damage to the roof of my vehicle needs to be repaired. I phone Outsurance again and they refer me to a SIAS assessment centre in Secunda. The vehicle was inspected on 2013-10-28 by the appointed assessor of Outsurance Riaan van der Bergh. No feedback for two days. I followed up. They said everything is in order and that the persone working with my claim will contact me. Not feedback. I phoned again and forward the assessment of my vehicle with photos to Outsurance. I followed up again on 2013-11-04. Claim was approved. I took in my vehicle. Work cannot proceed. No authorization as promised. I followed up again. Outsurance did not receive assessment. I forward the original assessment again. Outsurance allocated repair to a an incorrect service provider 250 km away in Sasolburg. I followed up and they rectify. Work cannot proceed. Authorization not processed. They rectify. Approval
