I called your Contact Centre and spoke to Mbali. she sorted out my query in less than 2mins. she was pleasant and to be honest I have been on the phone for the past hour trying to figure out who carried out a change of address requested in august. it was done. she confirmed she would send me my statement. I am very pleased by the efficiency because in this day of CPA and TCF its still such a horrid experience calling call centers. she was spot on. 1Life has done right by me and hope you guys keep up the excellent service especially when you have people like Mbali, because somethings can be so simple if everyone does their part.
