I logged a complaint a few days ago and it tuke forever for them to contact me and when they do they contacted me at work and i cant answer as i work in a call centre with financial information so to start off with this complaint will remain open until such time that i say it can be closed and i request a call back monday to friday BEFORE 11am no later otherwise i can not answer my phone.
the issue is a direct debit which essential med did not take and i contacted them and advised this is their fault and they will give me compensation for all the stress caused and should they want settlement later that would be fine and i would pay up to date month end but not the full amount as this is essential meds fault.
i was promised a callback from Eurasha Uren which never happened so i had to follow up this morning and was told a letter was sent by Laurika Carstens and Geanine Joseph stating i am responsible which is not good enough so i want this complaint to remain open until such time that essential med resolves the matter and i give permission to close complaint.
Furthermore i was told this would be fine but recieve a sms stating i must pay YESTERDAY!!! PATHETIC!!!
