Card Card Division Manager: Liteboho Letete (Dede) informed me she would investigate the query which was logged and come back to me. Yet to date nothing has been said or done nor have I have been contacted. What a disgrace if you have no intention of getting back to me do not make commitments you cannot keep. Pathetic service, Standard Bank clearly does not need me as customer, why do I even bother. I am disgusted to say the least. What service for a Prestige Banker!
