My wife had a hit and run accident on on 20 August 2013 and only yesterday (06 November 2013) was she called to come an fetch the car. When we arrived there the car was not done on the sides. We were informed by the company fixing the car that the insurer did not allow them to fix the other parts.
The car was hit by another driver who failed to stop at a stop street, causing my wife's car to veer of the road and hit a cab, a lamp post on the other side a fence of a private home. Because the other driver ran away, we had to fix the fence. They fixed the front where the car hit the fence but refuse to fix it where it was hit by the other car and where it hit the lamp post and the cab.
