I took out a service plan with Liquid Capital a few months back when my vehicle's plan expired. I've paid up my R166.00 every month via debit order and they even paid for the first service under the new plan!
Today I received an sms from SSDA saying that Liquid Capital has handed my account over for collection. I called the number only to be told that my account is in arrears.
My account is NOT in arrears and I have submitted bank statements to prove this. The best part is that I can not get hold of anyone at Liquid Capital to find out why no one has contacted me about this so that the problem could be rectified and why up to now I have never received any written communication from Liquid Capital about anything.
I am beyond livid. IF this affects my credit record, I will nail Liquid Capital's to the wall for this incompetence and then I will go for SSDA next for not investigating before accusing someone of non payment.
Why does no service in this Country work?
