Accounts department uncompetent

I always pay my RCS card on the 1st of each month with internet banking. Every second month they can't pick up my payment with the same reference as all the other payments. Then they blocked my card, and mess up my good credit record. I had this same problem in August, and the cost charged on an account in arrears that was not in arrears was not even written back. I paid R 700 on the 1 st on November and received a sms today, that my account os not been paid. I phoned the card department and spoke to Amier, according to him, I need to send proof of payment, before they can allocate the money on my account. I am on holiday, and don't carry a fax machine with me. They are to lazy to just check their ban statements. There is no way that I can send him any proof of payment before 25 Nov. I want this to be sorted out before the end of today, and all cost to be written back. The payment of R 700 was done on 1 Nov, just check your bank statements. I am going to pay off this account, and close it. A RCS acount is omly problems due to their pathetic accounts department. I also want to warn people not to open any account with them.
