It is very unfortunate I have to complain on this domain. I have tried calling Maritjie, over 20 times (no exaggeration) on her direct line. Claim #2319996. Maritjie promised she would E Mail me the settlement. No E Mail received Friday (18-10-2013. I called back the afternoon and she said she would send by COB. No E mail. Called Monday and she said she would E Mail immediately. Her words, and this is recorded'I will E Mail it immediately'. Since then, I have had to call over 20 times and sent an E Mail.
