I have been a Miway customer for 4 years. I have 2 vehicles insured on one policy and the premium, as was expected, increased with the annual review. My premium was already discounted at R2350 but went up to 2590.
I called to explain that I couldn't afford the increase. The agent went out of his way to see if anything could be done on the policy to decrease the cost. I made it clear that I didn't want my cover to change. In the end even though my new premium was discounted, Motheo and the team at Miway slashed my premium by almost R300. I even added shortfall insurance on the one vehicle and still making an incredible saving.
I'm happy with the prompt and responsive service. Anybody else would have said I was already given a discount and didn't deserve any further reduction.
