On the 20 September 2013, I reported my Geyser burst to ABSA Claim No 2450266, they came out on the Monday 23 November to replace the Geyser. In the process they had to relocate my geyser into the ceiling for whatever standards and reasons. Tapman was appointed the contracting job for the damage to the cupboard. Due to us not being available. About two weeks ago Tapman came to fit the cupboard in, noticed that there was a leaking pipe, They inserted the cupboard with the leaking pipe and all. For 2 weeks fighting, swearing with ABSA, I believed that the leaking pipe was suppose to be replaced with no extra charge as the contracted plumber should have fixed the leaking pipes (maybe I was stupid), we were told to lodge a new claim for the leaking pipe, which we did Claim no 2474450. Paid another Excess of R500.00. The plumbers was there yesterday morning to replace all leaking pipes. The plumbers being Prescor 160CC informed Tapman that the cupboard had water damage from the leaking pipe. They removed the damaged cupboard and left. We contacted them at 2pm to find out what was happening, they informed us that they will not be returning. After a trantum, they came after hours to work.
