Good morning FNB, it is your favourite person once again. Someone I was selling something to put a cheque into my account yesterday at Norwood ATM at 17:40. I have the SMS. So this morning I don't want the transaction to go through my account, so I phoned the call centre, no assistance, gave me once again an incorrect number. I called back, and got the correct one at the complaints department. I then called Sandton City branch, who told me that I would need to wait to be cleared, and reversed with R16.00 fee, if reversed. I then said ok, but tell me then, this is a activity and cheque on my account. No sorry you must call Norwood to uplift it off your account. Now tell me after speaking to 6 people regarding this, DOES THE WORD NOT CONCERN YOU. I really should have gone back to Standard bank when I had the chance. Then I want some kind of confirmation that my account is not in any danger with regards to him having my account number. 3rd complaint in two months. If Tracey is there can she call me, if not can I get someone who understands that my account is compromised. Really? I am so tired of this run around when I need help.
