Poor service delivery

Had a prblem with a burst geyser.contacted sahl claims department emergency no.every time got through to consultant i was put on hold the cut off. finally on the third call i do get to speak to someone the guy who takes this call cant speak clear enough to hear a single word that he says and its was not a bad connection. after all that he cannot find me on the system using the policy no. nor can he find us using our id nos.his response unable to register claim due to incorrect policy no. i then had no choice but to sort the issue with the geyser at my own cost.iv then contacted sahl customer service to query the policy no.and these guys phone at all odd hours of the day and never call you in the time that you asked them too.i get called 3 times at 4:45 to give me details due to me driving home at the time im unable to take the details down when asked to call back in 10 min they tell me they close at 5:00 then why the to you call me at 4:45 knowing you close at 5:00.this issue has gone on for a week now had i waited for sahl to fix the problem my family would have no geyser to date. i will need to be fully re-imbersed for the cost of the geyser no if and buts!!!
