Painfull Change of banking details

Hi there,
Never did Imagine that trying to pay may Absa Account would turn out to be the most painful and impossible thing ever.
Never mind that all though i have changed my residential address at least 7 times it is still not done. and that after i had stood in a line for an hour to give the proof of address.
But the cherry on top has to be that its taken me now 6 months to change my banking details. Well So i thought. After having spoken to at least 13 different people i finally got the right information to change my details (and funny how every person you speak to gives you different information.) but i got the email address [email protected] and sent all the needed info with that on the 9th OCtober 2013 . Got an sms on the 10th stating "Your Request has been Successfully processed on your Absa Vehicle and Asset Finance account. Please contact us should you require any further assistance."
Now correct me if im wrong but does this not have you conclude that the change has been made and everything is sorted out? Well Yesterday i receive a call from a rather uninterested lady Charlene stating my account was not paid. Now i ask why is this so hard?
