BAD ATTITUDE WONGA :-(

Dear Wonga-team

I took out a loan from Wonga it needed to be paid end of Oct. Early October a number of things happened that put a lot of financial stress on myself and I realised that I will not be able to pay this loan back come month end. Being, what I think an honest person, I immediately called Wonga and after explaining my situation to the consultant his advice was for me to call Wonga back after the debit order failed and then Wonga would be able to assist. Feeling very more relaxed I followed his advice.

As I predicted the debit order failed month end, and I emailed Wonga regarding my situation. No one responded for days, I finally made contact by means of facebook as below:
