The service was excellent! From the moment I walked in I was welcomed warmly and professionally. In fact I was late for the appointment but was not made to feel bad in any way. I really felt that Azhar listened and heard all I said prior to the assessment. After the assessment everything was clearly explained to me - you appreciate this, being a woman (we know little or nothing about cars!).
