I have been a loyal Miway client over the years. I have been trying to obtain the best premiums from other Miway consultants with no success. Untill I find the better qoute from other insurance and offered Miway consultant to counter the offer as the reputable company as I didnt want to cancel my policy without their input. I waited for about 5 days waiting for the call back after leaving messages at message centre. Until today 06/11/2013, they directed me to the life saver by the name of Nthati Vate who managed to keep myself as the Miway client after my struggle with premiums. If it was not of Nthati Vate, I would have left Miway to a competior.
