Very poor service

I was sold a Dent doctor policy over the phone by a MFC representative, when I received the paperwork it was in contradiction as to what was stated on the phone. I canceled this with in 48 hours.in September. MFC is still tacking payments. I have sent numerals mails to [Email Removed] with absolutely no action taken from their side.
I have called MFC approximately 8 times and have had the response that some one will call me ad the issue will be solved.all empty promises. I have asked to talk to managers any body that can help .always unavailable or in a meeting and will call me back... never happens. Not sure what to do to get any response from MFC to resolve this issue. It seems client service is non existent at MFC. Total Disappointment in the lack of service from MFC .2 Months and no action from MFC.
