I spoke to Clare Lekhothoane this morning (06/11/2013) about my bags after broke into my friend's car. mind you i dint even know i had portable items cover and that i was covered for any loss whether in my car (which is insured with Virgin) or any other car. this wonderful lady, explained what portable items cover is and how it works with so much patience. she then assisted me in filling and submitting the claim successfully.
