On 11 Sep 2013 I paid the full amount outstanding on my Nedbank Platinum credit card. On 23 October 2013 I did an enquiry with ITC and noticed that my Nedbank credit card payment information, etc. had not been updated. I quiried this with Nedbank on 24 Oct 2013 and received a reply that they woudl refer it to the relevant department. I didn't hear anything further. On 4 Nov 2013 I check my info with ITC again and Nedbank had still not updated this. I followed up again with them on 05 Nov 2013 and they just said it was referred but could not tell me when it would be updated or why it wasn't updated monthly as required.
All I want is for my payment and account info to be updated with the credit bureaux as soon as possible, as should have happened already.
