I recently switched insurance providers to Budget Insurance. The agent who handled my application Mr. Albert Molotshwa was not only very knowledgeable but exceedingly patient as we went through all the options available. A couple of hours later I had trouble locating some information he said would be included in a subsequent e-mail and thought I'd been played for a chump and made several angry calls to their call center but was unable to reach him. I was literally in the process of writing them up on Hellopeter when Mr. Molotshwa called me to inquire what the problem was and how he could fix it. It turned out to be a minor misunderstanding and was quickly resolved. He took what could have been a negative customer experience and adroitly turned it around into a positive. Very nicely done. Please keep up the good work.
