Old Mutual cancelled my Retirement Annuity without my valid signature. When asked for a copy of the cancellation request, I was forwarded a letter with no signature. I was harrassed in a way that required me to approve a forensic investigation. When I enquired about the outcome several months later, I was told that I could reinstate my policy with no proper outcome of the "forensic investigation". I made a back pay on 3 September 2013 to reinstate my policy and sent confirmation several times to people who did nothing about it... even today. My payment was received and has not been allocated to my policy and my policy is still inactive. NOW NOBODY CAN HELP ME!!!
