I have been trying to sort this new account out. Old profiles, devices, E-bucks - EVERYTHING! Am told I must call back as the systems are down, ask to get put through to e-bucks, phone cuts. Perhaps I should just stick with my current bank as this account is not providing me with any of the benefits its promised! Can someone please call me in an attempt to resolve these issues so that I can make a decision.
