Horrible First Impression!!!

10 days ago i switched my bank to fnb, i applied for a Smart Gold Cheque Account. After it had already taken more than the said "3-5 working days' to have my card delivered, getting my card activated has been a nightmare!!! i received my card by courier yesterday, 05/11/13 at exactly 13h25 on the form it states to contact 0875759404 to activate the card. i called that number today 06/11/13 at exactly 08h06 and spoke to 5 different people, of which the 5th person politely hung up on me!!! i am a brand ne customer who has heard only good things about fnb, hence the reason i made the decision to bank with fnb! the first 2 people that i spoke with were as helpful as they could have been but after being on the call for 35 minutes, with no resolution and then being hung up on, im sure you can understand my frustration. i have been in the international call centre industry for 6 years so there isnt very much that i do not know about call centres, the service today was appalling. this was my first call to fnb, can u imagine the impression this has left on me? the reference numbers for the call ry1311061588 and RL1311061651
