I took out Life Insurance that was supposed to start on the 1/11/2013.

The debit order never went off and when I called in I was told that Billing had made an error and that an immediate debit will be done.

I asked them when and they said the same day. It is now 2days later and the debit went off today.

NOW THE BIG ISSUE IS THAT YOU DEBITED ME MORE THAT WHAT WAS TOLD AND WAY OVER WHAT MY PREMIUM IS!!!

My Premium is R258 but you debited R387.

When your consultant told me about the immediate debit I asked what the amount was he told me R258
and Yesterday you sent me documents stating R258 so WHY are you taking R387???

I want my money!!! and you can cancel my Policy because I cant do business with and 's
