My Mum had taken out a policy and had to claim the money and the call centre advised her that she should send the letter in stating the nature of the problem. i had fax this letter on the 23 MAY 2013 and to date no one has got back to us.i urgently need some one to contact her ASAP. 6 months has past and no one has contact her., this is unacceptable as your'll are a banking instution and your customer should be first.
