It is with great disappointment of the service of Miway insurance, I was involved in an accident near my home. I logged a claim with Miway very same day, I gave them all the information they wanted but till today I don't have a feedback on what's happening with my claim. Person I logged a claim with does not respond my emails or give me any feedback. I have been told the same information for the pas two weeks that they still need to validate the claim with police and previous insurance. Their service is very poor and communication to clients does not exist. It is very sad that when need customers they go extra mile, pity same thing cannot be said when is time to claim. I'm even considering to shop around for a new insurance which will put me first and communicate with me when I need them rather insurance company that the only communication you see when they debit your account
