The staff were very professional, I was greeted by name by the security guard Moses. Raj told me exactly what was going to be done on my car and how the warranty worked with regards to the repairs. I was offered coffee and made to feel very welcome. Jeanne was kind enough to assist me while I was at the drive in centre.
