To whom it may concern,

I am not one who complains, but i have had very bad experience the last couple of months.

I took out a personal loan in the month of May 2013, they then told me that the first installment will go off on the 1 st of august as it did. They then debited me on the 23rd of august again. the third installment went off only in October on the 3rd and again debited me twice at the end of October. Within this process i have started the process of changing my bank to another well known bank, so the negative debit orders are on both my new bank and at Nedbank. I went to the bank for the 3rd time in this 5 month period in connection with this problem and they claimed that the will pay back the extra debit order within 24 to 48 working hours (which did not make sense) that they have deducted incorrectly.
I am still waiting for them to refund me.
I have phoned the contact center every month end to rectify wrong and late or early debit installments, with frustrating results. Note that Nedbank personal loan queries can only be attended to via telephone as a branch cannot assist one with that.
