I have been trying to change my instalment date for a couple of months now. I want to change from the end of every month to the 15th of every month because that's when I receive my money and I have been told by people from absa that I need to pay double my instalment of R2500 which I don't understand. Now I get calls from ABSA every month before the 15th asking me when am I going to pay and everytime I tell them on the 15th. Recently I got a call and a home visit from a guy from ABSA. I was told by this guy that if I don't pay on time my car will be repossessed. I don't understand this because I pay and ABSA does not want to change the installment date. This has brought so much distress please assist.
