Incorrect listing on credit bureaus

After numerous discussions and requests with Nedbank to resolve the incorrect listing on all 4 bureaus and update their details, I still have default listing against my name showing that the bond is in arrears of 9 months, where in fact I'm no longer a bond holder with Nedbank. Nedbank supplied me with credit reports showing no judgement or defaults but when I queried this with the bureaus, the default is listed on their records.

The substitution of half of the bond was done in 2008 already, this should have been updated in the legal and home loan departments. But since then, a summons was issued against me and I had to liaise with the attorneys as to what transpired. Even after the attorneys confirmed everything was in place and that legal action will only be taken against the other and only bond holder, I was still listed.

This is totally unacceptable and is definitely not 'making things happen' as Nedbank likes to claim. Even though Nedbank has all the resources to solve the problem, I've had to log disputes and follow-up as no accountability was taken by Nedbank even after they confirmed everything was resolved.

I'm still battling to clear my name as a result of this fiasco!
