I am a client at Std Bank so is my partner. We are both prestige clients but the treatment we've been receiving from our bank is shocking, especially for the last couple of weeks. We sold our house and we have applied for a bond again, its been more than a month and there is no clear feedback. I tried a different bank, FNB, guess what, within 2weeks we've got the feedback that it has been approved. I thought my bank was a better bank and since I have been their client for years, I would be their first priority when I need assistance. Imagine my car, my credit card, revolving loan etc is financed by Std bank. I would appreciate if my bank can resolve this matter urgently, if I can have my bond with them again I will be a happy client.
