April 2013 loan amount R24000 was approved, Africa Bank noticed that I owe Standard Bank money, they said they can consolidate, I said yes. 2013.04.9 R12000 was deposited into my account, the other R12000 they will pay STD Bank loan. 2013.05.2 I saw STD Bank deducted the instalment of the loan. I thought African Bank settled the balance. 2013.05.15, I went to African Bank, I explained my situation, and they said they investigate it. I went to STD Bank for a statement it showed that no money was paid into the account by African Bank. June 2013, Head Office African Bank phoned me to tell me my debit has not gone off. I explained again what happen and I can't manage to pay both loans. 2013.08.30 I went to African Bank, spoke to Dominque, he said problem is STD bank. On 1 September 2013 I went to Standard Bank, Blue Route branch I spoke to Ayesha. I explain my situation to her and told her that African Bank said that the money was paid into their account. She told Cheryl (African Bank) that the account number which they paid the money into does not exist and it is not a Standard Bank account number.
