Unexplained bank charges

It has been proven by circumstances that the only way to get FNB's attention is through a complain. I had a problem last week regarding my account, problem was the fact that I was charged way too much. I have a check account and I normally pay about R200 a month but this month I paid R365 and sent an e mail to FNB and the responds I received was "Pricing option you get 16 monthly account fee and 6 free transaction for free all services above 6 transitions u will be charged" Carol Sekgonetso. This does not explain how 365 was generated

My problems are:

1. Was charged about R365 as bank charges for the month of October with a single charge of R200 which I have never seen since banking with FNB, I need this to be clearly explained if it can not be explained please have it reversed.

2. My bank charges wen off on the 27th of October as well as 1st November and I still do not get it, Why debit in 2 different days? I have requested for the charges (all bank charges) to go off on the 1st day of every month. Please align.

I really do not appreciate the fact that when an issue is sent through to [Email Removed] it is not given the attention it requires. I want my money.
