Standard Bank
Homeloans

We did a substitution of debtor almost 3 months back, in the 8 years we have been living in this house no debit orders went off from anybody's account we made stop orders or EFT every month, ALL OF A SUDDEN THE BANK DECIDES TO DEBIT THE FULL INSTALMENT AMOUNT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT, we already made the payment on the bond for that month, two months back my debit orders failed, so the back charged me R355 for unpaid debit orders, it took the bank two and a half weeks to refund me, and not even the full amount, I had to go and borrow money to pay my debit orders, then this month again, the bond has been paid the full instalment AND THE BANK GOES AND DEBIT MY ACCOUNT AGAIN, I don't have enough money in the account so the debit order returned, AND THE BANK CHARGES ME ANOTHER R115 FOR UNPAID FEES, I'M ON R470 UNPAID FEES, I cant see how they can go and deduct money if we do not exist on their system, THE HOUSE DOES NOT BELONG TO US, I want my unpaid fees paid back to me and I want the bank to cancel the debit order ASAP!!! WHEN I PHONE THE BANK THEY TELL ME THEY CANT HELP ME BECAUSE I DONT EXIST ON THE SYSTEM, WE CANCELLED THE DEBIT ORDERS AT THE BANK AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WONT GO OFF???
