I had previously contacted Hellopeter with regards to loan I had and couldn't pay due to loss of employment and the fact of the treatment I was receiving form maharaj attorneys. A consultant from FNB later on called and we made an agreement telephonically that I must pay an amount of Seven hundred and ninety something from the month end of September 2013 and which was due by the 7th October and she promised to communicate with maharaj attorneys and that I wont be receiving any call from maharaj, also that if I keep to this agreement and make payments til December 2013 I wont be handed over and my loan will be paid. The calls from maharaj never stopped, on the 5th October I made a payment of R800 as agreed but to my HORROR I got a call from Blake attorney demanding money from me saying I haven't been making payments on my loan. I wanna know what happened to the agreement I made with Nhlanhla the consultant who called me from FNB??? Can somebody please tell me???
